FAQ's

Q: Can you print on dark coloured t-shirts?
 A: Yes we can but the process is longer and the cost is higher.  To print on a dark coloured t-shirt a white ink base first needs to be layered so that lighter colours will show vibrantly on the dark t-shirt. Printing white ink using digital garment print technology is a complicated process. Manufacturers of digital t-shirt printers still face issues over the clogging of white ink in the ink lines and print heads. Eventually these issues will be resolved and we will have the technology to print on dark coloured garments but for now the services we offer are limited. When using digital t-shirt printing technology the ink must always be darker than the colour of the t-shirt.  Any colours can be printed on white, athletic grey, baby blue, baby pink, sand, yellow or any other lighter coloured t-shirts, the quality is outstanding, the process is quick, and there are no set-up costs.  Black ink can be printed on any coloured t-shirt.  You can also have as many colours in your design as you wish without being faced with higher set-up costs.
Q: What if there is “white” in the design I want printed on a t-shirt?
A: When we print the design onto a t-shirt using digital technology the printer software will ignore the white in the design and it will show as the colour of the t-shirt.

Q: What else can we print on?
A: We can print onto any fabric that has at least 50% cotton. We have printed on socks, under wear, jeans, towels, portraits onto canvas, pillow slips, hoodies, polo shirts, banners and other like product

Q: Can I print photos?
 A: Yes, absolutely. We print photos and similar images onto t-shirts, towels, pillow slips, and similar fabric all the time. The definition in photos is very clear. It helps if the photo or image is in digital format. The quality is not quite as good if we have to scan a picture and then print it onto a t shirt.
 
Q: Can I print my own design onto a t-shirt?
A: Yes.  Please follow the steps under the tab / page "Print your own design".  Simply follow the steps, upload your design, progress through out check-out, and your design will come to us via email.  We will then print it on your chosen t shirt style, colour & size, and courier it to you within 24 hours.
                                                                                                                        
Q: Can I print any design on a t shirt?
A: We can print any design that you send us onto a t-shirt however; we will not print other clothing brands e.g. Nike, Billabong, Quicksilver etc... 
 
Q: Will the printing crack or peel off?
A: No.  The ink will not and cannot crack or peel off the t-shirt.  We do not use heat transfers.  We use proper ink used for silk screening t-shirts. 
 
Q: How long does it take to print a t-shirt?
A: It takes no longer than 60 seconds to print one t-shirt.  A small image may only take 10 seconds, a very large image with a large coverage of ink may take close to 60 seconds.
